Welcome to the Neighborhood Document
This introductory document addresses many of the common and frequently asked questions and summarizes information contained in the governing documents. It is simply a summary, and we strongly encourage you to read the HOA Bylaws and the Declaration of Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions to ensure complete understanding of the Association rules and regulations. In the event of conflict between this packet and the official documents, the official documents will supersede.

The Pages Place Board of Directors meets on a regular basis. For times and locations, please refer to the Pages Place HOA website at www.pagesplacehoa.org. The annual Homeowner Association meeting is held in October and will also be advertised on the Website. Elections for open Board Member positions are held at this annual meeting.
