Snow will be removed from the walks and drivways when there is at least 4″ of snow by our contracted company. Any amount less than than that needs to be taken care of by each unit, see excerpt from the Covenants below:
7.03 Snow Removal. The Association shall make reasonable and prudent efforts to remove snow from sidewalks and othe rrelevant Common Areas within the Project. Owners shall be responsible for removing snow from entryways, stairs, porches, decks adn patio areas appurtenant to their Unit(s).
Ice Melt to be used needs to be Morgro “Deep Thaw”. This is an approved product tha tis known to minimize damage done to concrete. Ice Melt may be purchased through the HOA. Please send an email to pageshoa@gmail.com with how many bags you would like and it will be billed with your next HOA Invoice. Cost for Ice Melt will be $9.00 for a 50lb bag.
Snow will be plowed and salted on Pages Place Drive on an as needed basis.
