8.06 Rental of Lease of Units. The provisions of this Declaration, the Articles, Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations shall apply with equal force to renters or lessees of any unit.
8.07 Rental Restrictions.
(a) The rental or lease of any Unit shall only be allow upon the prior, written approval by the Board and subject to the following restrictions:
- No more than 7 Units of the 41 total Units may be rented or leased at any one time.
- Agree to and sign the Rental Policy
- Fill out the Rental Information Sheet
- Fill out the Tenant Information Sheet
- Tenant must agree to and sign the Rental Acknowledgement Sheet
