All vehicles, regardless of parking in garages or driveways, will need an HOA Parking Permit as per the policy. Parking violations may result in a warning followed by assessments or the towing of the vehicle without warning with a fine. Cost of towing and impounding will be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. Any assessments will be billed to the unit owner. Please refer to the policy and map for specifics regarding Assigned, Unassigned, Visitor, and Temp Trailer Parking. Additionally the map shows shared or non-shared driveways, No Parking and Winter Parking Restrictions. It is recommended that residents read the full HOA Resolution 01-2019 Vehicle Operation and Parking for the rules of regulation that will be enforced by the HOA.
